Returns & Exchanges
If customers are not satisfied with their order within the first 90 days of receiving their product, they ca simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.
In order to process a return customers will need to provide an order number & customer name.
US PPG Website Customer Returns:
- US Customers who have purchased from our website can return or exchange products free of charge, without paying for shipping by utilizing our Loop Returns portal here:
US Amazon Customer Returns
- Amazon Customers may return their product to Amazon within the first 30 days of purchase, if past the 30 days they will need to contact help@precisionprogolf.com to set up a return or exchange.
International Customers:
- Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, custom fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Precision Pro Golf.
- International Customers should contact help@precisionprogolf.com in order to open a return or exchange.

We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number when they return the product. Refunds are usually processed within two business days of receiving their return.
If they received their item as a gift, please include any information they have – the order number, the name or email of the person who ordered the gift, etc – and we will make sure they are taken care of.
